LEADING for Equity Grantees ’23-’24

Our LEADING for Equity grants support district-wide (or multi-school) projects that help ensure all students achieve equitable outcomes in our public schools. These grants are equity-explicit, collaborative in nature, and range in size from $5,000 to $30,000. Projects fall into six priority categories: emotional health & wellness, digital equity, focused academic support & intervention, equitable family engagement, culturally relevant learning/positive racial identity development, and diversifying BUSD educator ranks.

LEARNING for Equity Grantees ’23-’24

Our LEARNING for Equity grants support small-to-medium-sized projects designed by a team of educators, usually (though not exclusively) from the same school. These grants are equity-explicit, collaborative in nature, and range in size from $1,000 to $15,000. Projects fall into six priority categories: emotional health & wellness, digital equity, focused academic support & intervention, equitable family engagement, culturally relevant learning/positive racial identity development, and diversifying BUSD educator ranks.
